Every client we meet, starts with an audit. This helps our team better understand where your company is at when you start. It sets a benchmark for where you're going. From there we help you define a roadmap to growth. Every roadmap is created in collaboration with the client's goals. We're kinda like a silent business partner, consultant, and hiring a technology team all in one (kinda). At the end of the day, you're the boss. At the beginning of your contract and annually we set goals. They define our north star. The direction you'd like to take the company and what our main focus is. Then monthly we prioritize our short term goals. This defines what you really want to get done, so that we have a focus and clear understanding of expectations. Not every priority can be completed in a month, but this allows us to stay on the same page.

A standard operating procedure is a set of step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help workers carry out routine operations. SOPs aim to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with industry regulations.
