We offer free content with our digital advisory retainer, but it is not customized or branded to you. It's intended as filler content for engagement. If you (as a client) customize the content we are happy to schedule the customized posts on your behalf. All engagement posts are made available to our clients in multiple places including our cloud shared storage and Canva.

As a digital advisory client or content management client you own the right to utilize the intellectual property created on your behalf by aCo Digital and partners while you are a client. Any branding or other intellectual property you may wish to own or trademark will require an intellectual property hand off, which may be made available upon request. Certain limitations apply. Final logos will receive intellectual property rights. Many variations may be created and we reserve the right to utilize designs that are not chosen in final rounds of designs. 


aCo Digital reserves the right to utilize all creations in our portfolio and reserves full ownership over all processes, automations and tools. What do you need from me?

We will walk you through the process during onboarding. To do social media we will need your brand kit, standard operating procedures, to setup tools, product images, your website url, and admin access or passwords to all your social media.

We consider our toolset proprietary information. It has taken us over a decade to custom develop our solution. To avoid giving our collection to competing vendors, we do not list this information publicly. All clients will know which tools we use and as part of our terms of service agree not to post them publicly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Can you use my tools?

Temporarily yes. We are happy to utilize email and SMS tools from another vendor on a very short term basis while we migrate your data. Long term, no.

We require our toolset in full from day one and the package pricing is non-negotiable. Pricing is subject to change based on vendor pricing and is listed at fair market value.

Are you available 24/7?

No. We are not available 24/7. If you need to reach us, please send a message via Facebook or our website chat. We will usually respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday; excluding birthdays and holidays.

When are you available for meetings?

Content management meetings are set on an as-needed basis Monday through Friday 10AM-5PM CST (excluding holidays and birthdays) based on the availability of Mi'chel. The best way to reach our team is via Facebook Messenger or our website chat. 

Onboarding is usually scheduled in multiple short meetings within the first 30 days of sign up for content management clients. Then meetings are only set as-needed. 

Digital advisory clients receive multiple monthly meetings with our training staff. This service is only available to digital advisory clients. Content Management clients who do not sign up for digital advisory are expected to have strategy, branding, and their standard operating procedures ready without the need of our team. Strategy services are only available with a digital advisory retainer.
